Scholarship Policy

We at CAA believe in an environment where fun, learning fundamentals, and sportsmanship take precedence over winning. Keeping with an all play attitude, our goal is every player entering our program enjoy their sporting experience, taking with them the knowledge that team work, and the effort they put forth is directly proportionate to how they will perform in sports and life.

In keeping with the mission statement of CAA, scholarships are available to families that need to defray the cost of registration fees in CAA baseball and softball. We ask, however, that families requesting scholarship assistance consider what portion, if any, of the registration fee they are able to pay. CAA wants all youth who wish to participate in baseball or softball to have the opportunity to do so. The CAA Board does not want a family’s financial status to prohibit participation.
All CAA families that are applying for scholarships are reminded that the mandatory volunteer fee of $100/participant cannot be waived. This fee, however is fully refundable with documented and approved five hours of service time.
All requests for financial assistance will be kept confidential. If you have questions in processing your scholarship request, please call Jim Dockendorf at
Please print and fill out the attached form and submit for consideration.  Thank you.
